One week before the program begins, we’ll kick off Onboarding Week—your time to get fully prepared. During this week, you’ll complete your initial setup and gain access to key resources outlining what to expect.

Your To-Do List for Onboarding Week:

Starting Forms & Progress Upload - You’ll need to submit the following:

  • Your weight

  • Your measurements

  • Your progress photos

Program Overview - Watch a series of short videos covering the key aspects of the program, so you know exactly what to expect.

Once you've uploaded your starting information, your coach will customise your program and set your nutrition targets, ensuring you're fully prepared for the official start date.
